Renew your mindfulness practice in community Guided practice one Sunday a month

Fall 2023 one Sunday afternoon per month 

  • Rebuild the habit of mindfulness meditation
  • Cultivate mindfulness and compassion 
  • Relate to your inner life with more compassion and wisdom
  • Strengthen resources to meet life challenges
  • Explore gentle, grounding movement practices 
  • Take refuge in the container of facilitated community 


Sunday afternoons 1:00-4:00pm

  • October 8th
  • November 5th
  • December 3rd

Please Note: November 5 and December 3 will run 1:30-4:30pm
