Qualified and experienced facilitation

For me mindfulness is much more than a recent trend.

As a mindfulness meditation teacher, I am committed to teaching from my direct experience working with my own mind, accumulated through over 20 years of dedicated daily practice, 40+ long, silent, teacher-led, mindfulness meditation retreats, and a 3-month silent meditation retreat in 2021 with guiding senior teachers Steve Armstrong and Kamala Masters. I am a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor fully certified through The (Centre for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society, UMass Medical School).

Customized mindfulness training

As a Leadership Educator, I know how important it is to introduce mindfulness as an evidence-based practice with clear context-dependent language and practical, accessible tools and skills. My goal is to make mindfulness accessible, practical, and impactful.

Organizational health and performance

Cultivating a mindfulness practice can optimize personal and organizational health and performance by helping individuals:

  • Focus the distracted mind
  • Build better relationships
  • Enhance communication and listening
  • Improve cognitive capacity, creativity, and resilience
  • Generate space to respond rather than react to stressors
  • Reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression
  • Increase overall health, energy, and well-being

Customized, practical, and participatory keynote sessions will explore the best practices, skills and tools necessary to create and support a mindfulness practice within the contemporary organizational context.
